Please note the Dispensary closes at lunch time and also at 6.00pm - see below for full details of Dispensary opening hours below. Please note that the Dispensary answerphone is option 2 from the main practice number.

Bank Holidays

Please note that the surgery closes on bank holidays. For a list of upcoming bank holidays, please see the HMRC website link here.

Doctors’ surgeries are held every day between the hours of 9:00am and 11:30am and 3:30pm and 6:00pm. 

Nurse surgeries are held daily between 9:00am and 11:30am and 3:00pm and 5:30pm, other than Wednesdays when their surgery commences at 7.30am. 

Phlebotomy appointments are available between:

7.30am ~ 12.30pm Monday

9.40am ~12.20pm Wednesday 

8.00am ~ 1.20pm Thursday

7.30am ~ 1.20pm Friday 

The receptionist will inform you which doctors and nurses will be on duty.  If there are no routine appointments when you phone, yet you need to be seen urgently, please make the receptionist aware so that you can be given an emergency appointment

Telephone Access

Reception can be contacted by telephone Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am until 6.00pm, with the exception of the lunch time period of 1.30pm - 2.30pm. 

Reception Telephone Lines Lunchtime 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Should you telephone during the lunch period you will hear a recorded message asking you to phone back after 2.30pm. If however the call is urgent you will be directed to press 1 to access the emergency line to speak with a doctor urgently.
