ZERO TOLERANCE
Violent or abusive behaviour, and this includes verbal abuse, will not be tolerated in the surgery and patients committing acts of violence or abuse to any member of the practice team or any other person present on the practice premises will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Acts of this nature may lead to the removal of the patient from the practice’s list. Please be kind to our staff, they have feelings too.
