District Nurses

District Nurses visit the surgery occasionally. The District Nurses can be contacted by telephoning 0300 123 2425.

Physiotherapist

A physiotherapist visits the surgery every Wednesday.  This is a first contact telephone physio service for patients with musculoskeletal issues to provide assessment only.  A Face to face appointment may be offered after initial telephone assessment.  Please enquire via our reception team.

Social Prescribers

Social prescribers support people by connecting them to the social activities, clubs and groups that are on offer in the community.

Health & Wellbeing Coach

Steve Johnson is our Health & Wellbeing coach. Steve works with the surgery on Fridays.  The Health & Wellbeing coach aims to connect people with physical and/or mental health conditions.  People with long term conditions and those at risk of developing them. Steve's focus is to improve health related outcomes by working with the patient to set personalised goals to what is important to them. 

The service is able to help people aged 16 years and over.
