If you wish to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse, please phone 01440 820140 to speak to our receptionist. Unless you need to be seen on the same day you may find our phone lines are less busy after 10:30am. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation the facility to book appointments online has been temporarily suspended. However, the facility to order repeat medication and access your medical records remains available.
Once registered for the internet service you can order repeat prescription items and access your medical records.
If you have not registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. Our receptionist will provide you with an application form and information leaflet. You will need to do this yourself in person and bring with you some form of ID such as a photo driving licence or passport and proof of address dated within the previous 3 months.
You can register online by clicking the link below, but you will still need to come into the surgery with the relevant forms of ID to be able to complete the process and use the service.
Please be aware the process can take up to a maximum of 21 days to complete.
Click below to use, or to register to use, the online service.
